Osun State University (UNIOSUN) 9th Convocation Ceremony Date & Important Info to Graduands.
The management of the Osun State University (UNIOSUN) has announced the date for its 9th Convocation Ceremony for the award of Postgraduate, First and Honorary Degrees.
UNIOSUN 9th convocation ceremony will hold on 21st SEPTEMBER, 2020.
The 9th convocation ceremony of the University which will be done online will have dignitaries across all works of life participating virtually at their convenience.
In a memo to the graduands on the virtual convocation ceremony, the University Registrar, Mr Gafar Adebayo Shittu highlights key instructions that the graduands must adhere strictly to.
“Kindly note that to participate in the convocation ceremony, you must adhere strictly to the following instructions: You must provide a traceable contact/physical address (indicating popular area) at which your convocation packages including convocation kits will be delivered, regular phone number, functional e-mail address and attach your recent passport photograph; you must return the convocation gown at an agreed date with the courier service provider but not later than five (5) days after the convocation event at no expense to you but failure to return the gown on or before the agreed date will attract sanctions ranging from payment of two thousand naira (N2,000) fine per day of default and (or) withholding of certificate as the case may be; you must be fully kitted /dressed in the convocation gown and maintain decorum throughout the convocation proceedings in which failure to abide by this will attract automatic removal from the platform; and you must confirm your readiness to participate by logging into your student portal and provide/submit the required information on the portal on or before 10th August, 2020.
