The management of the Umaru Musa Yar’adua University (UMYU), Katsina has released the names of successful applicants offered provisional admission for the 2020/2021 academic session. UMYU’s first and second batch admission list has been successfully uploaded on the institution’s admission status checking portal.

Most of the admitted candidates have not uploaded their O’Level results on the JAMB Portal. They are advised to upload their results for further consideration. Similarly, all other candidates who applied for admission into the university are strongly advised to upload their O’Level results for further consideration.
Successfully admitted candidates are advised to:
- Login to their JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) and ACCEPT or REJECT their admission.
- Print their JAMB admission letter after accepting the admission.
- Print their original JAMB result slip (this comes with passport photography affixed to it).
- Apply for a change of course on the JAMB Portal in case they are offered courses different from the ones they initially applied for.
