The management of the Ken Saro-Wiwa Polytechnic, Bori (KENPOLY) hereby announces the commencement of sale of application forms into the programmes listed below for this academic session. Below are the programmes approved by National Board for Technical Education (NTBE) for the Polytechnic.

LIST OF AVAILABLE PROGRAMMES IN KEN SARO-WIWA POLYTECHNIC

A. Bori Centre (weekend Programme) & Kira-Saakpenwa Centre

Both the ND & HND Programmes will last for a minimum of three academic sessions of two semesters each.

1. School of Applied Sciences:

(i) Computer Science – ND & HND
(ii) Science Laboratory Technology – ND
Science Laboratory Technology – HND options

  • Biology/Microbiology
  • Chemistry/Biochemistry
  • Physics/Electronics

(iii) Statistics – ND & HND

2. School of Engineering:

(i) Civil Engineering – ND & HND
(ii) Electrical/Electronic Engineering – ND
Electrical/Electronic Engineering– HND Options

  • Telecommunication and Electronics
  • Power and Machine

(iii) Mechanical Engineering – ND

Mechanical Engineering – HND options

  • Manufacturing
  • Power plant

3. School of Environmental Technology
(i) Estate Management – ND & HND

4. School of Management Sciences:

(i) Accountancy – ND & HND
(ii) Banking and Finance – ND & HND
(iii) Business Administration & Management – ND & HND
(iv) Marketing – ND & HND
(v) Office Technology and Management (OTM) – ND & HND
(vi) Insurance – ND & HND
(vii) Mass Communication – ND & HND

B. RIVPOLY Port-Harcourt Centre (Government technical College) (EVENING PROGRAMME)

Both the ND & HND Programmes will last for a minimum of two academic sessions of trimesters each.
