ESUT 38th Matriculation Ceremony Date 2018/2019
The Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) 38th matriculation ceremony date for the 2018/2019 academic session has been announced.
The management of the Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) invites the general public and the entire University community to the 38th Matriculation Ceremony Exercise of 2018/2019 academic session newly admitted candidates.
ESUT Matriculation Ceremony Schedule.
ESUT 38th Matriculation Ceremony has been scheduled to hold as follows:
Date: Friday, 26th April, 2019.
Time: 11am.
Venue: Convocation Arena Agbani, opposite Faculty Of Applied Natural Sciences (FANS)
This exercise is very important and therefore mandatory for all fresh students. Any student who fails to participate in the matriculation exercise will be deemed to have forfeited his, her admission. Attendance will be taken at the venue.
Nevertheless, only students that have paid their school fees will be allowed to participate in the exercise.
ESUT Matriculation Gown Collection Procedure.
In line with the tradition of the University there will be a two – day orientation exercise for the new students. During the exercise, every student is given matriculation packages and academic gown on payment of approved cost of services as follows:
- Hiring of Academic Gown: (Undergraduate) – N10,000.00
- Hiring of Academic Gown: (Postgraduate) – N15,000.00
- Matriculation packages – N5,000
The purpose of this communication is to request all fresh students (Undergraduates & Postgraduates) to visit our portal.esut.edu.ng, select sundry fees to generate invoice for the academic gown and matriculation packages and then proceed to any commercial bank to make payment with the generated invoice.
