UNIJOS Pre-Degree Admission Form 2020/2021

The University of Jos (UNIJOS) pre-degree admission form for the 2020/2021 academic session has been released.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the UNIJOS Pre-Degree/Remedial programmes for the 2020/2021 academic session.

UNIJOS Pre-Degree Eligibility

Candidates must possess WASC/SSCE/NECO/GCE ‘O’ LEVEL results or its equivalent in the following subjects: Mathematics or Further Mathematics, English Language, Chemistry, Physics, and either Biology or Agric Science or Geography or Technical Drawing or Fine Art to be eligible for admission.

UNIJOS Pre-Degree Science course is strictly for science students, who want to study Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Veterinary Medicine, Education, Medical Lab Science (MLS), Biochemistry, Science Lab Technology (SLT), Computer Science, Engineering, Agriculture or any single honors Degree course in Faculty of Natural Sciences and other science disciplines.

How to Obtain UNIJOS Pre-Degree Admission Form

Application forms are available online on the University Website: http://mis.unijos.edu.ng upon payment of the sum of Ten Thousand Naira (N10, 000.00) only through Remita.

Step 1: Account Creation and Activation

1. Visit portal.unijos.edu.ng
2. Click Programme Menu and select Remedial Sciences
3. Fill in the online account creation form (Ensure to provide functional email and phone number)
4. Click on Register when completed to submit (An activation link will be sent to the email provided. Login to the email and click on the link to activate your account and proceed with the registration)

Step 2: Payment for the Application Form

1. Visit portal.unijos.edu.ng
2. Click on LOGIN
3. Enter your email and password and then click Log In (You will be logged in to your personalized dashboard)
4. Click on Application Charge and then on Pay Application Charges. (A window containing payment details will be displayed.)
5. Click SELECT PAYMENT
6. Select your preferred payment option (Bank Branch, Card, etc) and provide the details required
7. Follow the prompt through until payment is successful
8. Print the receipt upon successful payment. Also print the other copy of the receipt sent to your mail.

Step 3: Personal Information Registration

1. Visit portal.unijos.edu.ng
2. Click on LOGIN
3. Type your email and password and then click Log In (You will be logged in to your personalized dashboard)
4. Click on My Profile
5. Click on Add/Edit Bio-Data
6. Complete the online registration. Ensure you enter all the information requested on all tabs: bio-data, result, sponsor, next of kin as well as passport and signature upload.
7. Click on Submit once completed (a form will be generated for you. Print and keep a copy for future reference)
