1.  3 Photocopies of Hostel Maintenance Fees printout
2. 3 Photocopies of School Fee print out
3.  3 Photocopies of Bed Allocation Fee printout.
4.  3 Photocopies of Student I.D Card for old student only.
5.  3 Photocopies of Eligibility slip for new students only.
6.  3 Passport Photograph
7.  Hall Dues N700
