St. Gerard’s Hospital School of Nursing admission application form for the 2019/2020 academic session has been released.

Application forms are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the St. Gerard’s Hospital BASIC GENERAL NURSING TRAINING programme for the 2019/2020 academic session.

St. Gerard’s School of Nursing Admission Entry Requirements.

• Five Credits in the following subjects: English language. Mathematics. Chemistry, Physics and Biology in not more than two sittings in WAEC, NECO and GCE.

How to Apply for St. Gerard’s School of Nursing Admission Form.

Forms are obtainable from the School Account Office at the cost of N10,000:00 (ten thousand naira only) from 8:00am – 12:00noon each day from Monday to Friday.

Examination comes up on 15th June, 2019 at the School of Nursing Hall, St. Gerard’s Catholic Hospital, Kaduna by 7:30 am prompt.

NOTE: Issues Regarding Forms and Submission Errors e.t.c Should be Cleared Latest on or Before 14th June, 2019.
